1. How to delete your account from the app
- Open the Elyra app on your iPhone.
- Go to the Profile or Settings screen.
- Open the Account section.
- Select Delete account.
- Read the information shown, then confirm deletion.
The exact wording may vary slightly by app version, but deletion will remain accessible from the account area.
2. What is deleted
Deletion aims to erase or anonymize data linked to your Elyra account, including account information, nutrition data, workouts, saved workout plans, community data, supplements, progress data, hydration entries, preferences, and profile elements such as a photo if one was added.
3. Possible minimal retention
Some information may be kept for a limited time if needed to comply with a legal obligation, protect service security, prevent abuse, resolve a dispute, or retain a minimal technical record of the request.
4. If you cannot access the app
If you cannot sign in or deletion does not work, email [email protected] with the email address linked to the account and a short description of the issue. We usually respond within 2 to 3 business days.
