Elyra is an iPhone fitness app that helps you track nutrition, training, community, supplements, hydration, and personal progress. The service provides tracking, visualization, organization, and workout sharing tools. Elyra does not replace personalized medical, nutrition, or sports advice.
2. User account
Some features may require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in methods confidential, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. Sign in with Apple may be offered.
3. Reasonable use
You agree to use Elyra reasonably, lawfully, and in a way that respects the service. You may not try to access accounts or data that are not yours, disrupt the app, bypass security measures, or use Elyra for abusive, fraudulent, or illegal purposes.
4. Content entered in the app
You are responsible for information you add to Elyra, including foods, workouts, community posts, supplements, goals, profile photos, or notes. You must have the necessary rights to any content you add or share. Elyra may remove or limit content if needed for security, legal compliance, or service protection.
5. Availability and changes
We make reasonable efforts to keep Elyra available and stable, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical incidents, updates, third-party service changes, or reasons beyond our control. The product may evolve, and features may be changed, added, or removed.
6. Nutrition data and displayed information
Nutrition information may come from user-entered data or external sources such as Open Food Facts and USDA FoodData Central. It may contain inaccuracies. You should verify important information, especially in case of allergy, medical restriction, or specific health goal.
7. Intellectual property
Elyra, its name, logo, interface, text, visuals, design, and code are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. No license is granted beyond your personal right to use the app according to these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
Elyra is provided as a personal tracking tool. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made solely based on app information, entry errors, inaccurate external data, service interruptions, or indirect damages. Mandatory protections you may have remain unaffected.
9. Suspension and deletion
We may suspend or delete an account in case of serious breach of these terms, security risk, abusive use, or legal obligation. You may request account deletion from inside the app or through the dedicated page.
10. Governing law
These terms are written in a French legal context, without removing any mandatory protections that may apply in your country of residence.
